For those who ride road bikes, you can attach your clipless pedals to the crank without changing out your cleats on your road shoes. Any clipless pedal system will work.

I decided that I want to start using my bicycle this summer, and in the meantime this winter I want to get my legs in shape before then.  I looked at a lot of spin bikes in the $300 range.  They're nice, and adequate, but I would usually read a review that put doubt in my mind.  I have a home gym setup in my home, and everything I've got is of good quality.  So, I didn't want to get something that was sub par.  The reviews I saw on this bike were favorable, and I read the word quality, and heavy built a lot.  It's gym quality.  When I got the bike I was relieved to see I'd picked a good heavy duty bike.  It's aesthetically nice looking, and built like a tank.  Easy assembly, too.  Took more time just getting out of it's packaging.  After installing the handlebars, seat, pedals, base, and computer, it was ready to ride.  Vey smooth and quiet.  All the resistance anyone could want.  I'm happy with my purchase!

Quality built!

This pedal machine is very flexible, you can adjust the pressure you want at will. At the beginning, the pressure I turned on was strong, but within 2 minutes I became tired and my legs couldn't move anymore. I relaxed the pressure and could start exercising again.The butt is always uncomfortable. Is it a cushion problem or a problem with my sitting posture? Do you have this problem?

Good Job

I receiced the ellipital machine about 2 weeks ago.  I love the selence of the machine. This is my fifth machine.  As my expirence, I play it one hour every day. no machin can last for more than two years in my house.  I hope this one can. next time if I have to buy another one, I will buy the same.

The item is very cheaply made and flimsy!! I emailed to inquire about how to return the elliptical and their response was hello.  Waste of money, lack of communication and won't provide refund information. If i could give no star i would. Buy at your own risk!!
